Splendora, TX – A Splendora Police Department officer initiated a traffic stop on FM 2090 after observing a vehicle swerving out of its lane, nearly veering into a ditch and oncoming traffic.
Upon making contact with the driver, officers observed clear signs of intoxication. A roadside investigation confirmed the impairment, and the driver was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
